Dear Parishioners, As we enter into Holy Week, I would like to encourage you to participate in our Services. Holy Thursday Mass of the Lord's Supper will be at 7:00 p.m. After the homily, you will be invited to come forward to have one of your feet washed, as Jesus did with his Apostles. Anyone can come forward, children as well. After the procession around the church with the Eucharist, there will be adoration in the chapel until 10:00 p.m. Please come and take some quiet time with the Lord.
Good Friday service is at 7:00 p.m. which includes Liturgy of the Word, veneration of the cross, and Holy Communion.
The Great Vigil of Easter is the most important feast of our church year. It will begin outside in darkness, with the blessing of the New Fire and lighting of the Easter candle at 8:00 p.m. During the liturgy, we will welcome Emily and Joslyn Vosburgh into our faith through the waters of Baptism. Please plan ahead to participate in this great Mass of Easter and welcome our new Catholics.
Easter Sunday our Masses will be 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. May God bless us with peace and happiness during this holy time.
(Practice for our servers will be 6:00 p.m. on Holy Thursday and 6:00 p.m. on Good Friday. Easter Vigil practice will be at 12 noon on Saturday).
